Its All About the Journey...

not the destination.

I have to admit I hate that saying. Those of you who know why, know how much I hate that saying. But it seems that I am beginning a new journey and as I set out I dont really know my destination, so the phrase kinda fits. (I know you guys are smiling. Cut it out!)

I originally planned to move to Spain and work there. From there I could easily travel to Egypt, Madrid, and other mid-east countries. I wanted to travel around and learn as much Arabic and its dialects as I could without actually living in the mid-east. Spain would be a nice, close place to live and make home base. However, the details of living in Spain were pretty complicated and I only wanted to live there for a little while. But if I canʻt work then I canʻt travel.

So change in plans, Iʻm now going to Spain for two in a half weeks, Egypt for a month and Israel for a month. Then Iʻll come back to the US. I can stay with my cousin in Florida til I figure out what Iʻm really gonna do. I have some plans and ideas but I donʻt really know what will actually happen. We never really know what the Lord has in mind for us.

So far thatʻs the plan. Iʻll be posting here to let you know whats up and how things are going. I know its early but Iʻve been talking to people and the plan has changed a bit so I thought Iʻd post and start a with a point reference for everyone.
